When supplying telepresence and network infrastructure products manufacturers such as Cisco and Polycom insist on the new hardware being supplied with a minimum one year support contract. This is the case whether you are purchasing a telepresence endpoint, an MCU or even a bundle of licenses.

The provision of this support provides users with a number or protections including on going training/support, advance hardware replacement and access to the latest firmware updates.

Design Integration incorporates this manufacturer backed support into our own unique service offering for video systems. Crucially our VIP Support contract includes on site support, which provides the reassurance of a site presence to carry out face to face training, software updates where remote access is not possible and labour associated with the swap out of faulty hardware. Crucially there is not much point in having access to a video helpline if your video system isn’t working!
