Project Management

Project management is key to the smooth implementation of any AV or Telepresence System.

The majority of our equipment requires installation and as such liaison with other trades such as builders, electricians, joiners and furniture suppliers is essential to produce a fully integrated solution.

Typically an office move or refurbishment presents an opportunity for clients to upgrade their audio visual facilities and in these instances a main contractor will normally be engaged to manage the fit out.

Our project managers will be completely responsible for the timely implementation of AV systems and will provide the following services to support the process:

  • Working with the AV Consultants on final system design
  • Marking up main drawings to show av equipment locations
  • Meeting with main contractor and project managers from other trades to ensure integration of audio visual equipment with core infrastructure
  • Produce detail drawings/elevations for areas where intricate co ordination is required
  • Attendance of on going project meetings and management of programme
  • Co ordination and submission of Operations and Maintenance Manuals
